Terms & Conditions

House Rules

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and conservatory.
• Pets are not allowed due to neighborhood regulations.
• No construction or modification work allowed.
• Report any damages or issues within 24 hours.

Care & Maintenance

• Tenant must maintain the property in good condition.
• Tenant responsible for minor repairs (up to €40), e.g., replacing light bulbs.
• Must allow access for inspection or repairs when needed.
• Tenant must return the house in the same condition at the end of stay.

Utilities

• Tenant pays for electricity, water, gas, internet, community charges, etc.
• €250 in additional costs is included in the agreement.
• Mindful water use is emphasized due to shortages in Spain.
